Toposurface Elevation Problem

I have imported 3D data from an acad file into revit and it generated the 3D surface topo map for me perfectly except for one problem. The toposurface is at true avg elevation of about 600'-0"
My model i have drawn and the first floor at 0'-0"

Is their a way to move the entire models 1st floor elevation to 600 or so without having to change each level accoridingly to be based off the 600'-0" since at this point in the design i do not know the exact grade elevation?

I see that but the building itself is not actually at the correct levell, my topo surface is still floating above and the building elevations say the same elevation as the topo.
