section mark does not show on all levels.

I have a section mark through a building that is not showing on the roof level. I see it on the first and 2nd level but not the roof level. What could be wrong?

It doesn't "reach" that level. Open the section view, make the crop region visible, and pull the crop box up until in intersects that level

select the level in elevation or section, right click, maximize 3d extents.
other than that check if it's hidden or if you you have applied a visibility override
