It would be nice if the hatch intelligence can work with Xclip objects? So, that is my wish.

That is a good idea. There are many times that I Xclip an object or Xref that I have to draw a polyline around the outer line of the object. Have a more intelligent hatch command would help in hatch around Xclip items.

I would have to agree with having that Hatch being more intelligent to identify an object and/or Xref that is Xclipped.
