Doors Not Loading

I am using Revit 2013 and I can't load in any door types from the prepackaged doors that came with Revit. I try both to use the insert tab -> load family AND clicking on doors in the Architecture tab and then load family and neither work. I can load in columns, windows and other items just fine but, not doors. This also happens with my computer at the office as well, all other items but no doors. Any ideas?

Ok, I was able to load the door into the project, I can see it in the project browser under families -> doors. How do I get into my model from there?

First you have to have walls in place....then select Door on the Architecture tab...
