3DS Max 2011 file saved to max 2010

I'm using the 3DS Max 2014 and it will save down to a max 2011 file. I need to have a file saved to max 2010. Can anyone help me with this? I could possibly send the file through YouSendIt.com to you and have you Save As a max 2010. Thank you!
