Odd graphics issues in 2014

One of our users is running a Dell computer with an ATI Radeon HD 7770 2GB graphics card. I just installed 2014 on his machine, and now whenever selecting or even hovering the mouse over items, the item and several other things on-screen become extremely pixelated, until the screen is refreshed by F5, panning, or zooming.

My own machine runs a Radeon HD 5760 1GB graphics card and I have none of those issues. Anyone else ever experienced this?

Maybe a graphics card compatibility issue with the new 'optimized view navigation' settings?
Did you try turning that setting off and restarting Revit?

We turned off the Optimize Navigation setting on Friday, and today it's still doing the same thing. I asked him to update to the latest Radeon HD driver so we'll see what happens.

Yep, updated graphics driver seems to have fixed the issue.
