Wall command switches to model line command

I have a user who was trying to place walls, and when he started the Wall command and then clicked the 3-point Arc tool, the active command suddenly changed to Place Model Lines. Anyone ever run into this before? He restarted Revit 2013 and it seems to be working fine now, but still that was very odd.

The problem is most likely the .NET 4.5 issue that was fixed in 2013 SP2. This user was running the original release of 2013.
