Comma Delimited Files exported from Acad r14

I am in need of some help in exporting data (both attributes and x,y,z data) from AutoCAD r14 to a comma delimited file (.cdf)

The DDATTEXT command yields nothing....yes I do have a template set.

"Yields nothing" do you mean an empty file is created or no file created?

Do you get any Error / Warning messages?
