creating a view title for an image file

I've got a sheet with a perspective view of my model and have imported several images of adjacent buildings. I can't find a way to add a View Title to each of the images where I can notate what they are in similar fashion as our model perspective.

Has anyone been able to do this?

Place the images in a drafting view, rather than directly on the sheet.
