Interior Elevation Problems

I am using Revit Architecture 2012 and for some reason there is a difference between the elevations on my sheet inside revit and the exported PDF. I have an attached image showing the problem. In revit, it shows the tile on the walls, but when it is printed as a PDF (and on paper) those lines do not show up. The end of the visibility plane does go beyond the wall, so it isn't the crop distance for teh view. Some other things also seem to be showing up while inside revit, such as hooks and toilet seat dispensers that I know are on the other side of the wall.

Any ideas on whats going on?
