Electrical panel circuit issue

Problem!

We updated from 2013 to 2014 and are now trying to connect lighting/appliance panels to the switchgear and instead of adding the entire load of the branch panels its only connecting one circuit from the branch panels to the switchgear. Also when trying to select a new panel for the branch panels to connect to the panel that is listed is ITSELF. (although the circuit that is being transferred does show up on the switchgear)

Another way to explain : The receptacle load is being transferred from the panel its connected to directly to the switchgear.

did the upgrade maybe reset your voltage definitions? check # of phases/wires for 480/277 and 208/120. i guess check the connector in the panel and switchgear as well

Did you try starting from a new panel up to the switchgear to see if that functions properly. In other words try to eliminate anything that was involved in the upgrade to isolate if it is upgrading items or if it is an overall glitch.
