Anybody figure out a way to have a ceiling tag report the height offset from level of the core? (Tags by default report the height offset of the bottom of the ceiling).
Thanks!

I've been after the same thing, but can't get it unless you get crazy with a shared parameter that subtracts the finish, so I just let the finish be 8'-0" aff and don't worry about the 5/8" descrepency in my details.

I quickly made a shared parameter to do just that, but I did not see how to accomplish the subtraction. Can you enlighten me?
Grazie!

You could make a core ceiling and a finish ceiling. (Join them using Join Geometry.)
Place the finish ceiling on a separate workset.
Turn off the finish ceiling workset in the view and then tag to the core ceiling height.
Turn finish ws back on.
Anybody figure out a way to have a ceiling tag report the height offset from level of the core? (Tags by default report the height offset of the bottom of the ceiling).
Thanks!
