Trouble rendering Exteriors

I changed the settings but I still get this black image. why am I unable to render exteriors?

What have you done to your settings? I might have missed an earlier post......

I did not do anything to the settings. It is only after I go this image I tried to adjust exposure or change the exterior sun light and artificial lights to what every settings Revit has. None of the settings work to give me a good quality image. What could be wrong?

I would start by clicking on the restore defaults buttons under view exposure and also make sure the lighting is set to sun, exterior only.
