I have trouble keeping the text in my dynamic block readable. The text has to rotate with the object however after the text pass the 90 degree the alignment is lost. Can anyone please help me in detail how to keep the text from rotating. I need to do this for several dynamic blocks. See attached drawing. Using AutoCAD LT 2012
I'm not exactly sure what you want to do. When using the grip associated with the text, it rotates to the four quadrants of the circle. Are you wanting the text to flip when it gets to the left of the circle when it currently is upside down?
Can you explain the various grips of your block?

what I want to do is be able to rotate the "ref. north" text while keeping it readable. If you notice when it rotates 180, 270 the text is inverted.

Your only alternative is add another rotate parameter to rotate the text. See attached.
Syew, I would recommend adding a blocktable within the dynamic block. This table would include the four predefined angles for the polar stretch and the necessary adjustments to the text rotation. You could then turn off the grips for the blocktable and the text rotation, which would leave the block back to its' original look and feel.

Thanks for the tip.
I was actually referring to a blocktable which can be found on the ribbon or added through the BTABLE command. See attached.
