Cut Profile Tool and Mullions

Hi All,

Has anyone else run into problems using the "Cut Profile"? It won't let me alter the profile of a mullion embedded in a CW (see attached image)

Haven't seen any other posts directly related to Cut Profile & Mullions so I imagine I'm just missing something obvious.
