I have no idea what is going on here.
Top = level above @ 0'-0"
Cut Plane = 7'-6"
View Depth = level above @ 0'-0"
I am also including a screenshot. This is the only project I have worked on in which these settings DO NOT work. I get an error.

When I change the Top and View Depth to be deeper, I get an error, which I have also included a screen shot.
