Applying different materials on a wall

I'd like to know apply 3 different materials on a wall .. I want the wall to be horizontally divided into 3 different materials

You could make use of the split surface tool and then apply each of the materials to the different areas

The split surface would work, but you could also use a stacked wall.

moshira, why you want to use the three different materials? Can you explain which materials you want to use?
