Turnout Stair Detail in Revit Arch. 2013

What is the best way to show/ create a turnout stair detail in Revit? This is a residential type project. I would like to show the stair in plan view and also show an interior rendering of the area. I attached a sample of a turnout stair similar to what I want to create in Revit. Thanks! Rob

9264392644If you use stair by sketch, you can edit the sketch to make the first tread have the profile you want. See the attached. The next step would be to edit your railing family to have a newel post for the start of the railing.

I forgot to mention that your railing sketch will by default follow your revised stair edge. You need to go back and edit the railing sketch to be straight.
