Bridge Modelling

Hello everyone, i am new revit. i currently working on a bridge project by using revit structure. i am just wondering how to customize a new box girder and defined all the parameter. i tried to copy the original one chamber with sloped webs save as a new file and just modified the size and loaded it back to bridge extension. when i generate a bridge, my pc was totally freeze up,also how can i build a bridge with no bearings ?? anyone can help me ???its killing me
