Hello everybody http://www.revitcity.com/images/smiles/smile.gif
So I am trying to make these monolitig U-shaped stairs...
I am creating them by sketch, because the U-shaped winder component doesen't give much freedom.
My problem is that the angled risers keep disappearig.
What might be the problem here?

Check the Type Properties, uncheck the option regarding smooth underside of winder. Revit can't generate the form if set to smooth. (I don't have Revit open so I don't remember the exact parameter name)

Why are you not making the u turn step at the end of first stair line or make their one big step and connect from the both corners. IN my opinion you should change the design.

Hey, Mathew
If I understand correct you are talking about the middle riser (which in the picture is vertical line). Problem is I have no place to put new risers because I need the space under the stair for storage room. I can't remove it :(.

Hi Steve,
Yes, that fixed it :). However I was going for smooth underside.
I think that either I will have to change the design or go and model this in-place.
