Panels with Different Finishes on Same Wall

Please see attached image. I'm trying to create 3 different panels each with a different material on the same wall. They are separated by Wall Sweeps. Any suggestions on how to show this? I was thinking a curtain wall, but then how could I insert the single hung windows shown?

did you try splitting the face and paint?

Yes, that worked but I had to do one panel at a time because of the wall sweeps. Thanks!
