Is it possible to add a north arrow to a view title and be able to control the rotation of the north arrow once it is used in a view? I have added a functioning north arrow to the view title family and the parameter works in the family, but the rotation parameter (instance) doesn't come thru when loaded into the job and attached to a view. The examples I have found here also don't work once you load them into a job. Obviously a type parameter would defeat the whole purpose of variable rotation. Am I missing something here besides my sanity?

I'm pretty sure that you can not achieve that functionality.

This one works for the 180 degrees from North to South through East. Haven't figured out how to make it 360 rotatable yet.

Ben, attached is a north arrow that rotates via an instance parameter the full 360, with a catch. It can not be set to 0 or 360. If 0 is desired set it to .0001. The arrow blows apart at dead 0 and will never work again. You missed my point about the arrow. Yours is driven by a type parameter. I need an instance parameter so that the rotation can be manipulated after placing the title on the view.
