Custom Mullion - Panels position

Im trying to create a custom mullion, follow the instructions in other topics but the panels appear far away from the mullion...
i also want the mullion to be at the end of the floor. (see attached)
im using Revit 2013
Anyone could help ?

You just need to adjust the offset for the mullion so that it sits where you want it. Measure how much you want the mullion to move (from 1.JPG) and then set the "Offset" parameter in the mullion's type properties. Alternately, if the mullion is in the correct spot, you need to adjust the panel offset.
