Hi All,
I have an electrical outlet family, that behaves oddly, when exported to CAD.
The electrical family is in the Electrical Fixtures category. Within the component family, I have a nested generic annotation family, that is the plan symbol of the duplex. We do this so the duplex symbol will be the same size, regardless of scale.
When I export to CAD, the duplex symbol always exports to the A-ANNO-NOTE layer.... Yes, I still have MEP engineers who are working in CAD. I can't get them to upgrade for many of my projects.
No matter how I fiddle with the DWG Export layer mapping, I can't seem to get it to work. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
