The View Title we use in Acad (used for civil site work) and what we'd LIKE to use in Revit consists of a circle with the view number in it. To the right of that is a line with the View name above it. BELOW that line is a thick line (a LWPOLYLINE with a width in Acad). And finally below that is the view scale.
The two lines need to be the same length and parallel. An example is attached.
Place a view and change the extension line as desired. The View Title needs to have a parameter that tells how long the extension line is -- then I could lock the length of these two lines to that parameter.
