Masonry Control Joint

I am trying to place masonry control joints in a project (2013). I want them to show on plans and elevations. How can I do this?

I've never had to do that, so others may have a better method... but how about a wall sweep?

If you want to get a little fussy, build your masonry walls to start and stop at your control joints. After all, technically they are separate walls.
Otherwise, you might want to punt and just draft the lines in plan and elevation. I find there are some things that are annoyingly difficult to do in a parametric fashion.
