Unfortunately for me because the US work in foot-inches, I have a hard time. I prefer to work in all inches, which is easier for me. However I need to show the Levels at foot- inches but it is in decimal inches. Is is possible to change the Levels to read as foot inches even though I will work in decimal inches?

Yes, you need to edit the elevation parameter units in the level head family -change it from project settings to whatever you want. It's hard to find, though, look for a # symbol at the bottom of the Edit Label dialog box

Find Level Head under Families>Annotations in the project browser, right-click and hit edit. Click the elevation label and then edit in the properties palette. Highlight the elevation parameter and the # symbol for units at the bottom should activate

I have worked in metric and imperial my entire life. Do not let yourself fall into the trap of using metric standards which you know well, instead of US standards which may be unfamiliar. A 2x2 ceiling tile in the US means 2 feet by 2 feet. The metric equivalent is 200mm x 200 mm, but that is NOT a US standard. Doors are 36", not 900mm. You may be struggling, but no one who reads your drawings are.

I have seen US contractors refuse to bid drawings done in metric, even though the Federal Government requires it on some projects. Also, if your CAD experience is from ACAD, the way they did units is crazy. To change units in Acad you have to scale the project. In Revit nothing changes size when units are changed.

I did a project in Brazil where raised flooring was a US import and measured 2' x 2'. The ceiling tile was Brazil domestic, 200 x 200. Coordinating ceilings and floors drove us crazy.
