sorry to rehash a rehash of what seems to be a common problem..... ive got a microsoft comfort optical mouse 3000 and everything seems to be working fine - EXCEPT - im used to using the press down function on the scroll wheel to pan.
what seems to be happening is when i press the wheel - the screen seems to go into a kind of 'staged' zoom mode.... 1:100....1:1000 in jerky jumps and very quicly (too quickly to be useful anyway!) all i end up with is white screen and i have to do 'ze' to find anything
ive been to all the help and troubleshooting - and cant seem to find anything......
its a productivity thing - i can live without it..... just would be good
