Summary: Inventor would recognise the loops formed within the sketch and list them in the browser for selection. Useful for complex sketches (multibody parts)
Description: When creating sketches, especially for multibody parts, a number of loops are created.
Inventor could recognise these loops when closing the sketch and list them in the browser under the sketch node. Each loop could be coloured when highlighted.
When creating features from sketches you can then select the loops manually from the browser.
Broken loops could be fixed automatically or using a small dialogue with selection tools.
This would avoid the current hassles of loosing loops from complex sketches in multibody parts when small changes are made.
