I have a few different things regarding stairs that I need help with. First, is it possible to create a double back stairs w/ landing that can run 2 floor levels? If so do I run the second set of stairs directly over the first or how does that work? Related to that, if I can't make a stair run 2 levels, how do I make the railing that runs on the inside guard rail continous?
Also how do I make a hand rail atached to the outside wall (masonry) so I can meet my ADA requirements (12" extension etc.)?
