Fascias for low-slope roofs

I want to place a fascia around a low-slope roof with the slope achieved using tapered insulation. The fascia bottom edge needs to be at a constant elevation: horizontal. The roof itself slopes 1/4-inch per foot. I modeled the slope using Modify Sub Elements with the insulation layer having a Variable thickness. How to model such a variable-height fascia?

Apply two fascias, one to the upper (angled) edge and second to the bottom roof edge. Offset lower fascia vertically so both of them overlap the entire length and join them together.93385 93386
