Revit (Factory) Support

I find the easiest, quickest and most accurate way is to place a request through the Subscription Center (http://pointa.autodesk.com), and then select 'Create Support Request'.

Your request is answered by an Autodesk support person, and if they don't know the answer it gets moved up the chain of command or to the developers. Very good request system.

Thanks beegee - I have tried this thru reseller support and still do not have an answer.
This is a follow on to blads thread http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=3400&highlight=fonts on Open Type fonts "Graphite" and "Tekton" - that they are not visible in Revit

I was told by support that you should not use the 1-866 GO Revit number and also not to use the revitsupport@autodesk.com e-mail. The support team wants everyone to use the web based support subscrition support center http://pointa.autodesk.com
