Find and locate Room Tags on floor plan

Hello All
I have several floor plans, My job is find out the rooms and mark floor pattern, Every room has Tags.
In tags, there are some text say 'ABC' / 'XYZ' etc and we have to find only 'XYZ' rooms.

in short, i want 'find and replace' for room tags.

maybe the filters?
I set up 2 filters,if uncheck one of it,the close the room in the view, so that the ones still remained, that's what you want

maybe just set up only one filter,and then select name to " not equal " that "xyz",and uncheck it ,the "visibility" of this filter
so, close all the others

Not sure if this helps, but just thought I'd point it out. I think there's a free plugin that may or may not be what you are looking for:

No I do not work for them, but its saved me from renumbering a ton of rooms before.
