I have an Autodesk 2008 seat and bought 2013 and 2014 Building Suite to keep Autodesk happy. And in August 2012, due to client requirements we asked Autodesk permission to continue access to 2008. Autodesk is now sending messages that we will not have 2008 access. We filled out their forms 10 days ago and have not heard back. As you all may know, support for this kind of thing is non existent. Does anyone have a solution? If not at 5pm today I email the upper management with a request to let us keep our business operating.

If you simply upgraded your 2008 license, I'm not sure you have much to work with... If I remember correctly you only get to keep the old one around for a certain ammount of time. If you bought new licenses instead of upgrading, then you should have retained your ability to use 2008.
When a client requests that we provide files in an older version of acad, we simply save down to their version. I have also been known to set our system to automatically save to an earlier version so that none of my drafters 'forget' and send out unusable files to clients. I'm not willing to give up usefull new features to appease one or two clients when most of them stay current (even if it's too current sometimes).

As noted - if it was an upgrade purchase, you basically had some miniscule time period to remove all 2008 products( in exchange for some discount you relinquished all rights to run 2008). If it was a separate purchase, then you have 2008 _and_ 2014. If it was a subscrition purchase, then you can run 2014, + 2013, 2012,& 2011.
Unless you like the idea of a lawsuit (and losing!!) uninstall 2008 quickly. Punitive damages for willful infringement are out of this world. - bankruptcy inducing.

We required 2008 for a while during our transition, and we worked it out with our reps so we would have access to it. But that was for a limited time, after which we didn't have access to 2008. We planned accordingly.
Client requirements is a little vague. If this is simply a DWG version issue, then files can be batch converted to earlier versions using TrueView. If this involves vertical products such as Mechanical or ACA then that is a whole other can of worms. If the client is demanding you use AutoCAD 2008... yikes.
