I'm working on our plan graphics. We'd like to show a bunch of stuff that is below the plan's level. There are terraces, courtyards, etc.

1. I adjust the View Range > View Depth to be the courtyard level below. Everything shows up. My <Beyond> line style is set to a medium gray, so the lines are gray. Great.
2. I want to hide all furniture and doors (the swings show up), so I set up a filter: For all furniture and doors, parameter = Level, set condition to "...is below" and set the current level. No dice! It hides the furniture on the most immediate level below, but not the ones below that. For example, if I'm looking at the level 5 plan, it will hide stuff showing on level 4, but not 3, 2, and 1.
3. I do something similar for floors, parameter = Level, condition = "...is below" so that I can hide the surface pattern. This does the same thing as the filter in step 2.

Anybody have suggestions? I may just not be understanding how the filter should work...

Sorry, figured it out, sort of: Instead of "...is below" I chose "...does not equal", so ALL objects not on that level are affected. Works in this case since I never see anything above the level, but still doesn't solve the real problem of the use of "...is below".
