I've been trying to get this roof correct for a good day now, it's not working! Finally I can upload images to this forum so I hope you can help me out. I'm building an existing facility that has a bit of a unique roof. I've attached the photo. I have multiple roofs going on to get this corner to come together correctly and was on the right track until I altered the roof to add a 3' overhang on the West (left in the plan) side. Now the automatic diagonal line, which is my corner, won't actually connect to the corner of the roof. It gives me a weird angle. Note that the roof shown in the plan is drawn as a rectangle with slopes on the lower (South) and left (West) edges, both at the same pitch.

Take a look at the images attached and let me know what I need to fix please. I rarely do pitched roofs in Revit and probably haven't worked on one now for several years. Thanks.

When you are in Roof Sketch mode you can use the Align Eaves tool in the ribbon. Each line in your sketch will have an Offset From Roof Base parameter that Align Eaves essentially resolves.
