Guys, what is the fastest and effective way to create a stirrups in a trapezoidal shape concrete beam?

Are you talking about pan joist and beam type system where the beams will have a slight (1:12) taper on the sides or a true trapezoidal beam with a trapezoidal stirrup? If the latter my guess would be sketch the shape and use modeled bars.
