Open end air duct airflow

Hi there, I'm fairly new to Revit MEP and was wondering if there is any way to add an airflow size to an open ended supply duct. I'm not sure what the best way to approach my design is, we typically use fan coils to heat and cool our units and then add fresh air to the back of our fan coil unit which will have a design airflow. I would like MEP to be able to size my duct system as I have found this very helpful with fan coil sizing, or do I do to do all my sizing manually with this method?

Place a grille or diffuser with the desired airflow at the end of the duct, and put it on layer defpoints.
