Protect menu? Is it possible?

If I create a customized Menu (ribbon, tabs and panels, lots of buttons and icons) and share it on our internal network with my colleagues. So they all can see what I see, have access to the extra buttons, etc. Is there any way I can protect this menu from being edited by thirds? I want to have the exclusive access to the customization file. If someone suggests or want to add a button or whatever it has to come to me first. Is it possible? How? Thanks.

Look into Network Permissions, and using an enterprise menu

Or keep you master version local, and put updated/edited versions on the network for others to use
