RAMP VS SLOPED FLOOR

I am working on a ramp and cannot tag it with the spot slope annotation tool. However, when I draw a floor and add sub elements to slope the floor I can tag it with the slope annotation tool. Does anyone know why this is?

Oversight on the part of developers. Believe it or not, you can tag the slope of a nearby floor and then drag the slope annotation to your ramp and it will still work, showing the ramp slope correctly. How's that for obvious? :)

Wow, just tested this the drag method worked... guess they decided not to test that tool. Thanks.
