Open modified from Vault

Often times I open a file from Vault that I know has not changed in any way, yet Vault marks it as "dirty". Is there a way to make Vault tell me what variable, attribute or other internal information has changed since I Vaulted it in ?

Sometimes, I swear I'd buy the Autodesk team members each a beer. Other times I'd make voodoo dolls and go to town on their necks.
