How do you get the images to show up in an emailed html file?
Currently, when I send the html file to our consultant they do not receive the corresponding images that go along with each clash.
Do we have to send the image files separately? seems like a bust to me.

HTML files never contain images directly (Navisworks report or other). You need to include the folder with the image files. The HTML report usually sets up the image elements as a direct path instead of a relative one, but this is easily fixed with a simple find-and-replace.

You can also convert the file to a xls (excel file) format which has images
I generally create a .html file, and when sending to consultants I will zip the .html and the associated folder with images

Am of the idea that sending images in the report adds little value. It bloats the size of the report, and the default image size is so small that rarely the recipient refer to it to locate the clash location. The key is to send the element IDs.

Print the HTML file in PDF.
