Room Boundary not correct

So I am trying to get some rooms set-up in my construction phase. There seems to be an issue with where Revit is sensing the room boundaries are I'm really not sure what to make of this. Anybody seen this before or have any ideas of where I can go searching to fix?

This is one room really, subdivided into different areas. The way you probably did this was with room separation lines. Edit the rooms and see where your lines are. The white space above room 29 is most likely the result of separation lines.

I was looking in the wrong places. When I hit the "Reveal Hidden Elements" Button there they were highlighted in red.
