Hi I'm having trouble heping a colleague out who would like to see only the short run of stair up to the cut plane in view and down to the 'View Bottom'.
I have set my view cut as 1200 which cuts up correctly and shows only the part of the stair up to this level as wished by hiding the <above> lines for stair in the visibility and graphics.
My problem arises with the view bottom and depth.
I would expect to see a cut on the flight down from my level also where the 'view bottom' is and then anything beyond this to the view depth to show in the beyond linestyle i have set for the project. (Currently Grey - Hidden)
Can anyone help with this? I have attached an image to help show where i'd expect to see the cut plane on the flight down to the below level and highlighted where i'd expect to see the beyond linestyle.
Even if he can have a cut with a beyond style he wouldn't mind, but he doesn't want to see the whole of the stair down.
I'm architectural and the query has been raised from my engineering counterparts.
