Group extension issue

Hi all, I am doing townhouses buildings with a stair at the entrance. The stair were done by components at a external position in order to add them to the groups independently, but when I add the stair and select the group appears the dashed lines that represent the group limits from the initial stair position up to the final stair position. I want to know what is making this wrong behavior in the groups and how to fix it. See the attached image.

Did you remove the stair from the original group on an individual basis?

I created the stair outside the group, then I attached to the group and had this group extension in every instance of the group. I am uploading the group in order to search what's wrong here.
