Is there a way to add a plot doc. to each plot to show the date and time similar to Autocad?

Yes, add a plot stamp label to you titleblock family.

1. open tb family
2. copy or create a label where you want it.
3. Choose date/time as the parameter.
4. reload in your project

you can also add file path if you like

Yeah, there is a Field you can add to your titleblock that puts a time & date stamp upon the drawing when printed. It's part of your Titleblock Family, not a feature within the Print window.

And in R7.0, tou can also add a file path to the sheet, which can be very useful.
