Not sure if I'm posting this in the right location but my question is how should I go about setting up this project using worksets or linked files. The project will have all disciplines but small. It's a fueling pumphouse with a control center. Im pretty much the only person in the office that has Revit experience and will be working with two other AUTOCAD guys thats new to revit. How should I start the project with an Arch temp or Mech temp being that I will need piping and mech equipment. If I use a Arch. temp I will have to load all of the piping and mech. fittings, and on this thread I read that you dont want to link files that are small and in house. so how will I go about this? I was the lone ranger in the office using revit and now the firm is looking to get a few more guys involved. Or should somthing this small be done by one guy like me.

You'd think that a small project would be a good way to start with multi-user Revit and worksets, but you might well find that the users are literally kind of bumping into each other: moving the same door or wall or piece of equipment a bit this way and that. Can you at least assign each user a room of his own to work in?
