No Massing & Site Tool on Ribbon

I am very behind today and can not seem to be able to get to site tab at all. I turned off and one the program and shut off the computer. I am bringing in a site from cad to get the tin and need it asap. Please help. No Idea what is going on. thanks

Are you using 2012 or 2013 and have .net framework 4.5 installed? Installing latest updates for your version should fix it. http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/index?siteID=123112&id=2334435&linkID=21208796#section2

I will look into that. I just had to do a line site pres and figure out what is going on later. thanks
