Road Category under Visibility Overrides

I see under Visibilty/ Graphic Overrides there is a model category for Roads, how dow we model something under this category?

You don't, its been there since release 1 I think but there are no "road families" or tools. I always expected to see something developed and hopefully one day it will be.
