Duplicate entries in the Revision Schedule

We are starting to use the Revision Schedule now. One problem we are having is this. We have several views and in each view is a revision with the smae number. On our revision schedule we have entries for EACH revision cloud.

Our schedule Numbering Method is setup By Sheet. ANy ideas what I am missing here?
